Dinner: Baked & Breaded Talapia on Rice mixed with Spinach & Cheese

This was kind of an experiment prompted by having a lonely hunk of talapia in the freezer for far too long. Usually dinner consists of two hunks and some noodles or rice and vegetables.
To fill the missing space of the other piece of fish, I decided to go with a bunch of spinach mixed with rice and cheese. Appropriately seasoned, of course.
