See the full gallery on Posterous Two trading cards from the early 90s: a pack of Desert Storm trading cards (from Topps) featuring this "dashing" pic of then Secretary of Defense Dick Cheney... and a Garbage Pail Kids card (I've got a lot of these somewhere). There are also packs of art trading/collector's cards featuring art from Boris Vallejo, Greg Hildebrant, Frank Franzetta, and Moebius. Less notable: Youngblood and Ghost Rider sets. The disparity in art quality between the former batch and the latter is amazing...
